For Séfr’s in-store installation at Harrods, we engineered a temporary environment focused on high-contrast tactile surfaces. The spatial design balances the sharp precision of sleek aluminum detailing with a heavy, textured furry textile across the rear boundary wall. Grounding the entire experience is a natural cork floor, chosen for its raw, shock-absorbing materiality underfoot. This deliberate juxtaposition of cold metal, deep pile fabric, and warm cork translates Séfr’s minimalist aesthetic into a physical, highly tactile intervention that cuts directly through the traditional retail landscape.
