Coming soon — & other stories — New HQ — For the new & Other Stories headquarters, our primary objective was to respect the heavy industrial character of the historic brewery building. Rather than concealing its past, we exposed the raw structural bones. In collaboration with highly skilled craftsmen, acoustic padding was applied directly against the original concrete slabs—a solution that preserves the volume of the space while serving a direct, utilitarian function. This honest handling of old and new elements ensures the workspace retains its grit and material authenticity, providing a robust backdrop for the brand’s creative process.
