For H&M’s 25,000-square-meter central headquarters, the challenge was balancing massive scale with the fast-paced, tactile logistics of fashion design and sample sourcing. We overhauled the spatial layout to optimize the flow of people and materials, then introduced a series of custom architectural interventions built from robust glulam (glued-laminated) pine wood. We engineered heavy partition walls, integrated couches, and expansive, high-strength tables designed to withstand daily industrial wear while instantly converting into structural runways for collection reviews. It is a high-volume workspace anchored by raw, hardworking geometry.
